  I certainly recommend getting a massage from Lisa. She is very professional asking all the right questions in your assessment and making you feel comfortable. The 1 hour full body massage is superb. I get an hour massage every 2 weeks and come out feeling totally relaxed. If you prefer, Lisa will concentrate on any problem areas. I had an aching lower back all week, went to Lisas and she concentrated on the lower back and the next morning I had no pain. Give it a go you wont regret it.
